Leslie
Dennis has been one of Toronto’s top Real
Estate producers each year, since she began her successful
career, in 1991. Leslie
works on volume, selling homes that range from $300,000 to well
over $3 million. Having earned a Visual Arts degree from New
York City's Parsons School of Design and an Honors degree from
Western University in London Ontario, Leslie
thrives in the Real Estate Business because it challenges her
creative side. "It’s the variety of people, homes and
deals that come across my desk. All of them are different. There
is a strong sense of satisfaction knowing you have had an impact
on one of the most important decisions a person makes in their
life. "
Leslie’s
soft-sell style is true to her sophisticated approach. Often
working on four or five deals at a time,
Leslie attributes her
tremendous success to hard work, determination and honesty.
"With each deal, I ask
myself, 'Would I live here?” and
‘How might the real estate market impact the future resale
value of this
home?' If she is satisfied with the answers, only
then will she support her client’s decision to purchase.
Leslie believes that a client’s satisfaction in which their
transaction was completed is the key to a
successful real estate
agent.
A Toronto resident all her life, Leslie
has been featured in the Globe and Mail, National Post and CFTO
News for her extensive knowledge on Toronto’s Real Estate
Market. She has created a vast network of
clients and contacts
based on her many years of experience.
Much of Leslie’s business comes from referrals, which speaks
for her fine qualities as an agent. If you
are thinking of
buying or selling a home, Leslie can be reached at: 416-785-1500
or lesliedennis@foresthill.com.

At
the mere mention of visiting a new listing, her face brightens, her
gestures become more animated. For Effie, showing and selling homes
is a genuine privilege and pleasure.
She
credits her tremendous amount of stamina and energy as one of the
key proponents of her success today. Working full throttle seven
days a week, Effie insists on being available to her customers by
phone, fax or pager, day and night. Whether working from her home
office or the offices of Remax, Effie's service is completely
computerized, providing her, and her clients, with instant, updated
market information.
Servicing all price ranges, from first-time buyers to top
executives, her challenge, she says, is to find a compatible match.
"There's a certain feel to a home, just as there's a certain
personality to each person."
Finding that match is precisely where Effie excels. Her secret is in
her uncanny ability to set people at ease. The rapport is instant.
Friendly. Trusting. She listens intently, asking questions at just
the right moment, focusing her undivided attention on her customers'
expressed needs and wishes.
For
most, purchasing a home is the single largest investment they'll
ever make. Effie doesn't take her responsibilities lightly. "People
are trusting that you'll service them. They're relying on you.
You're uprooting their entire family."
A
straightforward businesswoman, Effie doesn't let up until her
clients are satisfied. Her honesty, integrity and commitment are
attributes that anyone who knows and has dealt with Effie,
appreciates.
When working with vendors and buyers, Effie takes her customers
through a process identifying realistic expectations. For first-time
buyers, she treats them as if they were her own children, guiding
them with the same honesty and concern she'd expect from an agent
serving her own family.
One
of her greatest rewards is being able to sell a home at the price it
deserves. For higher-priced executive homes, Effie advises her
customers to anticipate taking a longer time, noting that you can't
rush to find that special buyer.
With the backup assistance of her husband Jim, Effie is able to
provide exceptional service. Her outstanding accomplishments,
achieved in both good and uncertain economic conditions, are a
testimonial to her true professionalism, dedication and high ethical
standards while performing in any price range.
